| Mr. Miller’s practice encompasses the full range of regulatory and transactional needs facing long-term care and post-acute providers, including: • Licensure and regulatory compliance for skilled nursing facilities, personal care homes, assisted living communities, home health agencies, and continuing care retirement communities • Change of ownership (CHOW) applications and submissions to governmental licensing and certification agencies • Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and related operational considerations • HIPAA compliance and federal fraud and abuse laws, including the Anti-Kickback Statute • Health care mergers and acquisitions and commercial real estate transactions, including borrower-side representation in financing and refinancing matters. • Title insurance and closing services for health care and commercial real estate transactions. |

| Mr. Miller received his J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law in 2025, where he earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for highest grade in both Estate Planning and Wills, Trusts & Estates. He holds a B.S. in Economics from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Miller is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is a licensed title insurance agent. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Health Care Compliance Association. |
