Chartering New Territory: Cyber Schools, Charter Schools and Virtual Special Education - Pitfalls, Obstacles, Dilemmas and Solutions

Snyder, Esq., [email protected] and York Williams, Ph.D. at West Chester University, will be presenting at the American Educational Research Association (AERA) conference at the Philadelphia Convention Center, 100 Level, 118A. The name of the session will be American Educational Research Association (AERA).

The purpose of this session is to provide information in regards to what a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) looks like and in what ways charter schools and cyber charter schools can measure academic and functional performance using innovative technologies while complying with IDEA.
