Latsha Davis & McKenna cordially invites you to attend the Cyber Charter School Special Education Symposium co-sponsored by Latsha Davis & McKenna, P.C. and West Chester University. The Symposium will be held on Friday, December 4, 2015, from 9:00am-2:00pm. Cyber charter school attendees will be provided with a four-hour seminar on special education procedures, best practices and the legal nuts and bolts related to delivering special education in an online learning environment.
