Steven M. Montresor is an Associate in LATSHA DAVIS YOHE & MCKENNA, P.C.’s
Harrisburg office. Although Mr. Montresor’s practice is
broad-based, his primary practice areas include Medical Assistance
reimbursement and other provider payment issues, collection
matters, workers’ compensation defense, and general litigation.
Mr. Montresor received his Juris Doctorate from
Villanova Law School, and received his undergraduate degree from
Villanova University, where he graduated cum laude. After
graduating law school, Mr. Montresor joined a law firm in
Philadelphia, where he worked for over two years handling civil
litigation matters in state and federal courts. He has also worked
for the United States Department of Health and Human Services,
Office of General Counsel and for the Honorable Marvin R. Halbert,
Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Homicide Division.
Mr. Montresor is admitted to practice before the
Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the New Jersey Supreme Court, and the
United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and
for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Montresor is an
active member of various professional organizations, including the
American Health Lawyers Association, the American Bar
Association’s Health Law Section, the Pennsylvania Bar
Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section, and the New Jersey
Bar Association’s Health and Hospital Law Section.
