Melissa L. Heckman is an associate in LATSHA DAVIS YOHE & McKENNA,
P.C.’s Exton office, having joined the Firm in 2007. She received
her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law and
received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State
University. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of
Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association
and Berks County Bar Association.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Heckman served as a
Family Law Clerk for the Honorable Darrell M. Fineman, a Superior
Court Judge for Vicinage XV in New Jersey.
Ms. Heckman concentrates her practice in the areas of
charter school law, special education law, workers’ compensation
law, unemployment compensation law, and environmental law.
