Lorie A. Taylor is a member of the firm’s Transactional Group and
Health Care Practice Group. With a practice concentration on
transactional and regulatory matters, her current practice
involves the purchase, sale, and leasing of businesses, private
financing transactions, such as commercial loan transactions,
revolving credit agreements and tax exempt bond financings, and
handling state regulatory issues related to licensure and
certifications.
Ms. Taylor received her Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University
School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Organizational
Management, with honors, from Eastern University. She has been
admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and is a member of the
Pennsylvania Bar Association. She authored “Age Discrimination
Against Senior Law Firm Partners: When Law Firms Treat Partners as
Employees,” Duq. Bus. L. Jour. 2004.
