Joshua E. Pollak is an Associate
in LATSHA DAVIS YOHE & McKENNA, P.C.’s Exton office.
Mr. Pollak received his Bachelor of Arts from Hobart
College and his Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School
of Law where he served as Managing Editor of the Villanova Sports
& Entertainment Law Journal. He is admitted to practice before the
Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and the United States District
Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of
the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Prior to his association with the firm, Mr. Pollak
served as of counsel to a general practice law firm located in
Berwyn, Pennsylvania where he focused primarily on employment
litigation.
Mr. Pollak concentrates his practice in the areas of
labor law, employment discrimination law, charter school law,
workers’ compensation law, and unemployment compensation law.
