Dayna E. Mancuso is an Associate in LATSHA DAVIS YOHE & MCKENNA,
P.C.’s Harrisburg office. Ms. Mancuso’s practice area is health
care law, including admission agreements, survey and enforcement,
and compliance issues.
Ms. Mancuso received her Bachelor of Science from Penn
State University and her Juris Doctorate from Widener University
School of Law. During her legal studies, Ms. Mancuso interned at
the Department of Insurance through the Governor’s Office of
General Counsel and the Environmental Crimes Section of the Office
of Attorney General. While at Widener, Ms. Mancuso earned
Certificates of Achievement in Intellectual Property and
International Environmental Law, and co-authored an article
published in New York University’s Environmental Law Journal
titled, “It’s All About What You Know: The Specific Intent
Standard Should Govern ‘Knowing’ Violations of the Clean Water
Act,” 2001.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mancuso worked at the
Dauphin County Bar Association doing pro bono service. Her focus
was in the area of family law, primarily custody matters.
Ms. Mancuso is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar. She is
a member of various professional organizations, including the
American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and
the Dauphin County Bar Association. |
