Colleen P. Frankenfield is an Associate in LATSHA DAVIS
YOHE & McKENNA, P.C.'s Exton office. She received her Juris Doctorate from Widener
University School of Law, her Master of Science Degree from St.
Joseph’s University and her Bachelor of Arts from Felician
College. She has been admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of
Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the United
States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is a
member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Prior to her association with the firm, Ms.
Frankenfield represented health care providers in litigation
actions and performed Medicare Appeals for the Center for Medicare
and Medicaid Services. She also worked as a clerk in the areas of
insurance defense while in Law School, an administrator in health
care facilities, and a teacher at the elementary and high school
level.
Ms. Frankenfield concentrates her practice in the areas
of charter school law, special education law, workers’
compensation law, business law, unemployment compensation law, and
environmental law.
