David C. Marshall is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.  He has lectured before the Pa. Health Care Association, the Leading Age, Leading Age Pennsylvania, Leading Age New Jersey, the American Health Care Association, the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging, and the American College of Health Care Administrators. His primary area of practice is health care law, including Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, HIPAA, fraud and abuse, corporate compliance, regulatory and licensure matters, real estate tax exemption matters and corporate issues.  He has provided representation in hundreds of cost-based and case mix Medical Assistance appeals, involving a broad spectrum of reimbursement issues confronting providers.  He has been involved in numerous tax exemption appeals and corporate and regulatory compliance matters.  He also has helped long-term-care providers develop successful corporate compliance plans.  Mr. Marshall has represented clients before the administrative and judicial tribunals of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including the Bureau of Hearings and Appeals, the Court of Common Pleas, the Commonwealth Court, and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Latsha Davis & McKenna, P. C. is pleased to announce that Nicole DiRado Snyder has become a Shareholder of the firm.

Nicole DiRado Snyder received her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Villanova University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English magna cum laude from Villanova University.

Ms. Snyder is a member of the firm’s Education and Litigation practice groups and concentrates her statewide practice in the areas of charter school law, education law, special education law, education policy and reform, litigation & insurance defense. She routinely attends board meetings; conducts training and advises school personnel, administrators and boards; assists in the development of legally compliant school policies and procedures; represents clients in proceedings before administrative agencies and courts and reviews and provides testimony on proposed and enacted legislation. Ms. Snyder lectures nationally and is a contributing author on various special education law and education law topics.

She is admitted to practice law before the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle & Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for New Jersey, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the New Jersey Supreme Court and the Ohio Supreme Court. She is a registered lobbyist in Pennsylvania.
